Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
Depending on product availability, orders may be fulfilled from Montgomery, Alabama, United States, or Huntsville, Alabama.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders shipping within the United States are sent through FedEx or USPS, depending on the route, package, and service available for the delivery address.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping is not currently available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
SYNA currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at syna.stock@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact syna.stock@gmail.com with your order number.
For damaged packages, include clear photographs of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.
